Recently, Packages Group’s HR team embarked on an away day, dedicating time to formulating our HR strategy for 2024 and team-building exercises. Through interactive sessions led by Mr. Jawad Gilani, Group Head HR, and facilitated by Mr. Shakeel Mapara, our teams delved into brainstorming sessions, fostering trust, enhancing communication, and generating innovative ideas for organizational success.
