PwC collaborated with Packages Group’s Sustainability and Supply Chain teams on a sustainable supply chain transformation project, integrating sustainability into procurement and supplier management. The initiative included developing tailored frameworks, conducting supplier assessments, and implementing best practices in human rights, social compliance, and environmental performance.

As part of the project, a half-day workshop was conducted by Mr. Omer Salman to share insights, outcomes, and actionable strategies, empowering our team to drive sustainable practices across the supply chain.
