As part of our commitment to safe and inclusive workplaces, Packages Group partnered with Shirkat Gah – Women Resource Centre to conduct Anti-Harassment trainings across Lahore, Kasur, and Karachi in 2025.
Kicking off this initiative, the first two worker training sessions were conducted in Lahore, with 150+ participants from PCL, PREPL, and DIC. Led by Fauzia Kerai Khan, a leadership and transformation expert with 30+ years of experience, these sessions focused on awareness, accountability, and fostering a culture of respect.
