Packages Group, on the observance of International Human Rights Day, acknowledged the vital role its security teams play in fostering a safe and respectful workplace. To reinforce this commitment, specialized training sessions were conducted exclusively for security personnel across Lahore, Kasur and Karachi.

These sessions focused on international human rights standards, prevention of sexual harassment, and the Code of Conduct. Key topics included ethical conduct, confidentiality, privacy, non-discrimination, and fair treatment integral aspects of security responsibilities.

A total of 180 security guards participated in the training, strengthening their ability to uphold human rights principles in daily operations.
