Packages Group is proud to secure first place in the Climate2Equal Peer Learning PlatformPackages Group is proud to secure first place in the Climate2Equal Peer Learning Platform, an initiative led by the IFC – International Finance Corporation and CERB. This platform supports over 90 companies in implementing gender-responsive climate action plans, empowering women to lead in climate-smart solutions and reflecting our strong commitment to both gender diversity and climate action.Through this initiative, we identified green jobs within the organization and provided relevant green skills through a comprehensive training program in collaboration with the Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering at Lahore University of Management Sciences. This program focused on integrating women into climate-related decision-making by identifying roles that could be adapted for sustainable practices.
