At Packages Group, Climate Action Month continues with Week 2: Rethink, Reduce, Recycle (March 10-14) under the theme “Recycle, Reuse, Revive -Giving Waste a Second Life.”Recycling and waste reduction play a crucial role in minimizing environmental impact. With Pakistan generating 3.9 million tons of plastic waste annually – and only 3% being recycled – embracing a circular economy is more important than ever.Awareness sessions were conducted across PCL, BSP, DIC Pakistan, PREPL, OmyaPack, and IGI to emphasize responsible waste management and innovative recycling practices.
